"I found the picture on the left the other day while I was cleaning.

It was taken about 5 years ago, 15-20 pounds heavier, and I was holding my nephew (before I had my own kiddo). Fast forward 5 years and 1 child later, to someone who feels so blessed to have found a sustainable lifestyle that works!
I definitely indulged over Thanksgiving, and the food coma was in full effect.

I actually felt like I had taken 2 Benadryl, was completely lethargic, totally bloated and not not at all happy about it.

And, then it dawned on me, that’s exactly how I felt 5 years ago, uncomfortable in my own skin and exhausted (and that was every day life, not the day after Thanksgiving).

 
We have a big group cleanse kicking off tomorrow but I couldn’t wait, (yes that’s right, I couldn’t wait to cleanse today) because not even 24 hours in I am feeling better already, flushing out the toxins, and getting right back into the swing of things.
 
So if you think the holidays aren’t the time to cleanse or start a new healthy lifestyle, it’s just the opposite. There literally is no better time than NOW to start feeling better.

The average person gains weight over the holidays but it doesn’t have to be that way. Let’s do this, there is still time before Christmas and New Years to get your groove back.
